Skip menuCalibrator-meter of harmonic distortions SK6-20.
Purpose:
- Calibrator-meter of harmonic distortions is designed for
- THD measurement;
- measurements of first harmonic frequency and amplitude;
- generation of sinusoidal signal with given standardized THD value with external generator-calibrator of harmonic signals SK6-122-01 attached (or Agilent Technologies arbitrary waveform generator 33220A), which is controlled through USB;
- amplitude-frequency response and phase-frequency response calibration of quadripoles.
- SK6-20 can be used as second grade working standard of THD value.
Technical specifications:
- Basic specifications in THD measurement mode.
- First harmonic frequency range in THD measurement mode 0,01 ... 200 kHz
