Calibrator-meter of harmonic distortions SK6-20.

Purpose:

• Calibrator-meter of harmonic distortions is designed for
• THD measurement;
• measurements of first harmonic frequency and amplitude;
• generation of sinusoidal signal with given standardized THD value with external generator-calibrator of harmonic signals SK6-122-01 attached (or Agilent Technologies arbitrary waveform generator 33220A), which is controlled through USB;
• amplitude-frequency response and phase-frequency response calibration of quadripoles.
• SK6-20 can be used as second grade working standard of THD value.

• Basic specifications in THD measurement mode.
• First harmonic frequency range in THD measurement mode 0,01 ... 200 kHz
• THD values measurement range 0,001 100 %
• First harmonic amplitude measurement range (under condition that RMS value of input signal is less than 1.27V) in THD measurement mode 1 ... 1,8 V
• Maximum absolute error of THD value measurement depending on first harmonic frequency is given in following table:

• First harmonic amplitude range (under condition that RMS value of input signal is less than 1.27V) 0,01 ... 2,00 V
• Limits of first harmonic frequence measurement relative error 0,006 %
• Limits of first harmonic amplitude measurement relative error:
       -in range form 10 mV to 1 V: 1,8 %
       -in range from 1 V to 2 V: 0,6 %
• Basic characteristics in generating signal with given THD value mode (with external generator-calibrator of harmonic signals SK6-122-01 attached)
• First harmonic frequency range in generation mode 0,01 200 kHz
• THD value generation range 0,001 100 % with minimum step of 0,001 %
• Limits of THD value generation absolute error depending on first harmonic frequency are given in following table:
